1. We accept orders via order form or emails only. - serious buyer only, please?

2. Good sold are not returnable and exchangeable.

3. Any damage or lost package that occurs during posting are not our responsibility.

4. Items will be on hold for 2 days only. If you are experiencing any difficulties or delays, kindly inform us immediately.

5. Send us an email and please attach your transaction/bank transfer slip once the payment is made.

6. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
